MouldKing® Sea Turtle

A sea turtle caught mid-glide above a coral reef. The shell is built from brown and tan plates in an overlapping pattern, and flippers stretch out to either side as if it were mid-stroke.

Below it, the reef fills out the scene, layered coral in pink, red and orange, tall seaweed fronds, and an open clam shell with a pearl resting inside. A clear support holds the turtle above the rocks so it really looks like it's swimming.

With 399 pieces, this is a relaxing build that comes together in an evening. It stands about 17.1 cm tall on its hexagonal rock base and looks good on a desk, a shelf, or a bedside table.
