COBI® Top Gun™ Enemy Strike Jet

Fly into the danger zone and build a 1:48 scale fighter jet model – the enemy fighter from Top Gun: Maverick. Enter the world of the film and take control of a state-of-the-art fifth-generation fighter jet that has become the iconic face of the new enemy.

With this set, you can recreate the most exciting scenes of modern action cinema. The COBI fighter jet model is an authentic replica of the fictional jet from Top Gun: Maverick, which in the story represents the mysterious forces of an unknown country in the Middle East. The livery and markings have been carefully modeled after the film original – exactly as they appear on screen.

Although Top Gun: Maverick does not explicitly mention the name of the jet, there is no doubt that Maverick's opponent flew an aircraft similar to the Su-57. Agile, lethally effective, and nearly invisible, the Felon itself was a challenge even for the best Navy pilots. Its appearance in the film attracted the attention of aviation fans worldwide and made it one of the most sought-after aircraft in model collections. With this model version, you can now own an aircraft that conquered not only the skies but also the cinema screens.

Why should you choose the ENEMY STRIKE JET TOP GUN Maverick construction set from COBI?

- Official TOP GUN license – The model was developed in collaboration with the filmmakers and is fully licensed for Top Gun. This guarantees quality and conformity with the film counterpart. Every detail, every print – everything was reproduced with the utmost care and highest film accuracy.

- Cinematic camouflage – The livery is an exact replica of that from Top Gun: Maverick. The grayscale camouflage resembles prototypes of Russian combat aircraft, but in the film symbolized the forces of a mysterious enemy from the Middle East.

- 851 pieces and 1:48 scale – The set consists of perfectly matched components and is designed in the classic model building scale, which perfectly complements other COBI aircraft sets.

- No glue or paint required – No painting or gluing required – all markings are permanently printed and resistant to abrasion, light, and moisture.

- Realistic weapons and moving parts – Wings, stabilizers, cockpit, and weapons – everything was designed to give the model the feel of an authentic combat aircraft.

- Blue flames from the engine – The set includes blue bricks that imitate the blue flames from the fighter jet's engine. This important detail allows for a wonderful presentation of the aircraft and is also very attractive during play.

- Armament – The model includes replicas of the original armament. These are R-77M missiles for engaging air targets at medium range and KS-172 missiles for engaging air targets at very long range, up to 400 km.

- Pilot figure and cockpit directly from the film – The set includes a pilot in the unmistakable uniform from the film, who can be placed in a realistically reproduced cockpit.

- Stand and display plate – The model looks great on a shelf – the included base and display plate make it look like a figure from the film set.

Building this model is not only a satisfying building experience – it is a return to the world of Maverick with its adrenaline-fueled action, tight maneuvers, and unpredictable dogfights.
