One of the most famous ships in the history of the Polish Navy can now find its place in your collection. The ORP Sokół is an icon of wartime patrols and their effectiveness, faithfully reproduced in the collector's scale of 1:300.

The model was designed as part of a cohesive series of historical ships by COBI, making it the perfect addition to other ships in the same scale. The set was created in collaboration with the Polish Navy Museum in Gdynia, guaranteeing a high degree of historical accuracy, attention to detail, and an authentic reproduction of the ship's markings and silhouette.

One of the "Twin Devils"

The ORP Sokół was a U-class submarine handed over to Poland by the United Kingdom in 1941. It quickly became one of the most famous and effective submarines of the Polish Navy during World War II. Operating mainly in the Mediterranean, it gained fame for numerous successful combat missions and attacks on the Axis powers, sinking at least 14 enemy ships: 13 fast boats and one warship.

Together with the ORP Dzik, it formed the legendary duo of the "Twin Devils," whose actions were characterized by effectiveness and courage, earning them the respect of the enemy and the admiration of the Allies.

After the war, the Sokół was returned to the Royal Navy and scrapped in 1949.
