Guardian of the northern sky

The F-35A Lightning II is a modern fifth-generation combat jet from Lockheed Martin, developed for air superiority and precision strikes in demanding combat situations.

On April 1, 2025, the last of the 52 ordered aircraft arrived in Norway and was put into service. Norway introduced the F-35A fighter jets to replace older aircraft and thus strengthen its air defense capabilities.

In addition to standard systems and weapons, the Norwegian F-35As are specifically adapted to the country's harsh climate – particularly through the use of parachutes that shorten the rollout distance on icy runways. The aircraft operate from the air force bases Ørland and Evenes, secure national airspace and support NATO operations. Thanks to their stealth technology and advanced systems, they represent a central component of modern air forces.

The model of the Norwegian F-35A serves as a miniature symbol of cutting-edge technology. It is not just a decorative object, but also a source of inspiration and fascination for every collector, aviation enthusiast, and lover of modern combat aircraft. It offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of air missions, strategic planning, and stealth technology.
