Description
Musashi (jap. 武蔵 Musashi) is a Yamato battleship used in the Japanese Imperial Navy during World War II. Construction began in 1938 and finished in 1941. He began his service in 1942. "Musashi" together with the twin ship "Yamato" were the largest and heaviest battleships in history. On October 24, 1944 it was sunk by American planes during the battle of Leyte.
